2 - Delivery - shipping
2.1 - Deadlines:
Finished products that do not require manufacturing (silver chains, and finished unique pieces), will generally be sent within a week.
Jewelery made individually and to measure (silver plugs, copper bracelets, made-to-measure bangles, personalized orders ...) require a certain time of creation and will be sent within longer deadlines, it is difficult to give a precise deadline , because it varies according to the orders in progress, the moments of the life and imperatives, but overall, count 15-20 days of average, between the time of order and that of reception.
These deadlines can be shortened if the orders are minimal, but can also be extended during holiday periods (Christmas, Mother's Day ...).
If you have time to spare (gift or otherwise), don't hesitate to tell me about it, and I'll see what I can do.
My philosophy in relation to deadlines is similar to an Indian quote in the face of demands for their crafts:
How long will it take to create this or that set? asks a buyer.
"It will take as long as it takes." answers the Indian.
But when will I be delivered? asks the person again.
“When the job is done.” replies the Indian.
So understand that I do my best, while following the course of life, but that such work can only be done correctly by taking the time to take care of it.
Take this into consideration when ordering, I cannot (and strongly do not wish) to guarantee the same delivery times as Amazon ...
2.3 - Shipping costs:
Delivery costs are free from 50 euros of purchase. Below, they are billed according to the estimated cost of sending the contents of your package / letter. A package for the packaging and the cost of the material is included in the price.
2.4 - Complaint in the event of a Parcel / Package not received:
It may be that the post office is late, it is good to wait a bit, and if you still have no news, contact me. For letters and packages with tracking, an email was sent to you during the sending and tracking your package is therefore possible. Contact me if you no longer have this number.
For packages without tracking, there is unfortunately no possible recourse on my side, you will have to initiate a process with the postal services and the postman in your neighborhood. To avoid this, it is possible to request to add a follow-up during the purchase and the validation of the cart.
3 - Withdrawal
3.1 - According to
by law, you have 7 days to retract from the day of purchase,
we will give you a full refund for your purchase (except for
re-shipment at your expense).
3.2 - If it was a problem
of the product, a defect found contrary to what may indicate
the announcement, or anything that comes under our responsibility, we
refund you in full, return costs at our expense
also.
3.3 - The refund will be made within a period of 15 days maximum
